I am receiving these calls at work and its a recorded message. I do not intend on calling them back because I too think its a scam

I spoke to her on 12/8/09 and she said I put a stop payment on a payday loan and I did not. I had to call the bank. She called again and know she is giving me 24hrs or she is signing of on paperwork and she is going to send it to my county for deception and writing a bad check across the state line.

Person called claimihg to be a invesigator Elliot. said to call him a certain time and I didn't gave some some docket number. I knew better not to because It is some type of scam. repoted them to the FTC. I had a similiar type of incident about three weeks ago. I had called this company back and asked for more info. they wouldnt give me any info. They asked me for my phone number since I blocked my call and I wouldn't give it to them.
